key responsibilities/accountabilities

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Keeping clients warm by following the engagement process

· Account Management

· Follow up with clients in the 'warm cycle' as per our process manual

· Grow revenue/number of bookings from existing clients

· Up-sell Relish offering

· Leverage existing contacts to reach wider range of brands within parent companies

· Ability to understand financial requirements of a campaign

· Maintain warm booking system

· Secure rebookings from key accounts to achieve financial targets

· Use of CRM software to track outreach and campaign progress

· Create and present custom decks for pitching new ideas and presenting campaign results

· Ability to understand financial requirements of a campaign

· Working closely with Client Services team and Cold Cycle team

· Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint - tested at interview stage

· Self-motivated and able to work to internal and client deadlines

· Calm under pressure and able to deal with changing priorities, good at multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to problem solve and adapt to client requirements and last-minute changes

· A team player that can work autonomously when required

· Ability to be flexible with working hours as some projects / meetings may require working outside of core hours
