Based in the beautiful Somerset city of Bath, we're a product sampling agency specialising mainly in the beauty and FMCG sectors. We were born in 2011 and my how we've grown! A 30 per cent increase in business year-on-year means we must be doing something right
key responsibilities/accountabilities
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Keeping clients warm by following the engagement process
· Account Management
· Follow up with clients in the 'warm cycle' as per our process manual
· Grow revenue/number of bookings from existing clients
· Up-sell Relish offering
· Leverage existing contacts to reach wider range of brands within parent companies
· Ability to understand financial requirements of a campaign
· Maintain warm booking system
· Secure rebookings from key accounts to achieve financial targets
· Use of CRM software to track outreach and campaign progress
· Create and present custom decks for pitching new ideas and presenting campaign results
· Ability to understand financial requirements of a campaign
· Working closely with Client Services team and Cold Cycle team
