Chris spent a highly successful 5 years at SThree as worldwide top biller, progressing to managing teams generating £15m in revenue.
In 2003 he set up his first recruitment business with headquarters in Bristol, it became the 2nd fastest growing recruitment business in the UK, winning numerous awards for customer and employee engagement. He finally sold through private equity in 2014. Throughout the last 20+ years he has continually married the right people to the right businesses and remains as hands on now as he did when he first started his recruitment career. He loves the process of delivering exceptional levels of service, for both candidate and client alike.
