Pukka Herbs - eCommerce Manager - Amazon Experience Essential. Bristol and Remote working split. Salary up to £55,000.

FWD have teamed up with Pukka Herbs, globally renowned for their award-winning organic and ethically sourced herbal teas, lattes and food supplements, who are now looking for a super talented eCommerce guru able to lead an exciting multi-channel strategy, and manage its UK and global execution. About the opportunity

This unique opportunity calls for an outstanding candidate to take the lead on all eCommerce business for Pukka, driving its global strategy. With a highly creative and innovative approach, you'll create a world-class eCommerce business for Pukka that drives brand awareness and maximises profitability and growth.

Taking the lead on marketing initiatives that drive sales of Pukka Amazon UK, you will also oversee global acceleration of Amazon and eCommerce, as well as advising on their successful execution. You will also support execution on other major grocery online platforms in the UK alongside full marketing and customer investment programmes.

Ensuring that Pukka's eCommerce is market-leading, you'll work collaboratively with a wide range of Pukka people and Unilever colleagues to design and deliver integrated plans that support global strategy. Ensuring that best practice is always applied to optimise online sales, you'll apply an analytical lens to all aspects of your work to ensure opportunities for growth are maximised.

About you

Most importantly you'll have an analytical mind and be able to use data and insight combined with gut instinct to make informed decisions. This will be matched with a strong creative flair with a desire and ambition to always think and do differently, and to innovate in the digital world. A natural team player, you'll equally be a pro at individually pursuing and maximising opportunities and will be able to step agilely between big picture thinking and detailed project planning.

Being able to lead and inspire a team is central to being successful in this role. You'll also have substantial experience in executing online eCommerce strategies, ideally in an FMCG company. With a proven track records of launching products and meeting or exceeding expected targets, you'll be able to draw on specific experience managing Amazon Vendor accounts and growing sales profitably through organic and paid media channels.

Based in their award-winning Bristol head office and reporting to Pukka's Global Pureplay Lead, the eCommerce Manager is a permanent full-time role, with a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum alongside a benefits package designed to nurture your well-being and personal development.
