New brand, a new adventure

The FWD Thinking brand has undergone some major changes, to better reflect who we are and how we intend to position ourselves in the recruitment industry.

After forming our small army in 2015, we’ve served the South West region to place marketing, digital and sales experts into their ideal roles. We’ve stood by our clients’ side to help them build empires and form teams of champions.

But in 2017, we were working hard behind the scenes to shape a new vision. Working alongside creative agency Mr B and Friends, we’ve built a bold and brave brand that coincides with our work ethic, high energy approach and can-do attitude.

We also wanted a relevant representation that mirrors our ethos. And as we’re based in Bath, there’s no better way to communicate our contagious vitality than through the ambition and creativity of the illustrious Roman empire.

They were courageous and determined to conquer the world. And that’s exactly the kind of attitude we channel to bring our clients and candidates to victory.

We march shoulder to shoulder with our candidates to build them new careers, and we dive deep to understand what our clients really need to help them succeed.

But why rebrand now?

As our own empire is based solely in the South West, current market conditions in the region have given us the perfect platform to take action.

As both the flow of talent into the South West and the overall state of the job market continues to grow, we want to be right in the middle to help place and fill the right talent.

Into the future

With high hopes for the success of the rebrand, we’re already casting our eye towards future expansion. By January 2018 we’ll be recruiting additional members of staff for the FWD Thinking legion.

We’ll be recruiting professionals from the marketing, digital and sales talent pool. This ensures our team understands the industry and has the knowledge to recruit successfully into those markets.

And in March 2018 we’ll be proud sponsors for the Bath Life Awards, celebrating the best of Bath’s business community.

It’s been a busy, electrifying year for the FWD Thinking team, but our passion for the industry will only feed our momentum. We’re ambassadors for your success, and we’re on a conquest to overthrow recruitment mediocrity.
