FWD are delighted to be working with one of Bristol's fastest growing Call Centre and Technology companies. They are an exciting new brand in the business process outsourcing & customer contact / call centre space and are now recuiting a Scrum Master / Agile Coach for their growing team in Bristol HQ

Scrum Master / Agile Expert / Agile Coach.

As the Scrum Master your purpose will be to be the go-to person for applying scrum methods and practises overseeing the production of high-quality work across various teams and projects.

Duties include managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on the clients Agile Way. Ultimately, you'll create self-organising teams that are flexible and fully productive adapting well to both Sprint or Kanban delivery.

The role will require you to successfully optimise multidisciplinary teams, keep abreast with all agile tools and develop any additional client Agile tools as result. Act as a servant leader through coaching, leadership of the clients colleagues.

You will be an excellent collaborative team player with a positive attitude, who will actively assist the team achieve its goals, whether creating an environment encouraging continual learning and improvement or removing blockers where need be.

Ideally, you will have an understanding of the customer management, customer experience or contact centre industries.

Main Responsibilities & Key Objectives

·This role will hold ongoing responsibility for management and delivery of agile projects across multidisciplinary teams.

·True advocate/champion of the clients Agile way of working within associated projects.

·Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.

·Facilitates internal communication with key stakeholders across various functions and Change.

·Works with product owners and change leads in the prioritisation of backlogs and new requests.

·Resolves conflicts and remove obstacles through effective collaboration and timely escalation.

·Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint and that changes are implemented effectively.

·Gain an understanding of aspirations and challenges to assist the execution of the transformation agenda whilst applying the right fit practices, tools and techniques.

·Support the team by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.

·You will have the opportunity to be the Scrum Master in multiple projects, often working to challenging deadlines whilst ensuring budgets and quality standards are met as well as delivering the workstream and Sponsors vision

·Support the business with activities contributing to our Objectives and Key Results:
