Sales Manager / Bristol / Property Services / £££ Excellent Basic + OTE

Are you looking for a highly rewarding opportunity to lead develop and mentor your own Sales division? As Sales Manager you will have full autonomy to drive the Sales team forward of this award-winning Property Audit business based in Bristol

FWD are delighted to be working in partnership on a retained basis for Goodman Nash, the UK's leading Property Audit Business. Over the past 25 years they have built an enviable reputation for enabling companies of all size to significantly lower their property costs. Due to ongoing success, they are now recruiting an exceptional Sales Manager to spearhead their continued growth.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Leading Sales team of 15 (Internal and external)
  • Setting the bar to ensure significant Sales output and exceeding targets
  • Day to day coaching, mentoring and leadership of growing team
  • Reporting on all Sales activity directly to the Board, including KPI's, Forecasting and new business targets
  • Defining Sales Strategy and subsequent tactical implementation
  • Responsible for target and budget control
  • Celebrating success and injecting a reward culture to enhance optimum Sales performance

About You:

  • Demonstrable track record of leading high performing Sales teams in either a B2C or B2B environment
  • Excellent communicator and inspirational leader
  • Selfless in approach to managing Sales pipeline for the benefit of your team
  • Financially motivated but also motivated by enhancing the success and growth of the team you lead
  • Highly numerate
  • knowledge of Business/Property Rates (preferred but not essential)
