About The Role
SME Sales Manager SME Sales Executive- My client is a leading renewable energy provider who has been at the forefront of sustainable
energy generation in a rapidly accelerating market. They are looking for a passionate and driven professionals to
enable the growth of the business. The candidate will be responsible for delivering effective account management in order to drive new business.
In this role you will be expect to:

Deliver agreed individual targets in line with overall B2B plan
Deliver excellent service by building strong relationships and understanding needs in order to achieve targets.
Provide quotations for both Gas and Power contracts.
Liase with marketing and PR departments to promote the company brand and products
Propose and apply innovative solutions for the successful acquisition of new clients
Support the launch of new products and services - taking any opportunity to cross-sell where appropriate
Follow up on sales and account call backs, industry queries and general account management
Various standard and ad-hoc reporting (including providing detail on all KPI's to Manager (Direct Sales)

Knowledge Required:

Good understanding of energy industry
Good skill level in Excel, PowerPoint SAP or similar CRM
Good computer literacy including Microsoft Office Package


Skill Set Required:
Analytical ability to assess and interpret data and identify opportunities
Ability to manage stakeholders in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations
Ability to demonstrate regular commercial thinking on opportunities that present themselves
High level of numeracy and problem solving ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management & personal organisational skills
Strong networking & relationship building skills - both externally and internally
Self-driven and results orientated
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Ability to demonstrate regular commercial thinking about new opportunities
Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall B2B strategy - including specific channel strategies
