Retail Account Exec / London / Nutrition / FMCG / ££Comp and Bonus

FWD is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading Nutrition and Protein supplement business which has undergone significant growth over the past 5 years. Based in their London HQ you will be looking to develop your career in Sales Account Management with a hunger for success working in this fast-growing market sector

You will be operating within existing famous UK retail accounts: Boots, Superdrug and Holland & Barrett. You will support the day-to-day management of retail accounts through: Customer Sales, Marketing and Joint Business Plan Meetings, Daily management of promotional and JBP trackers, daily reporting to build volume and value forecasts down to SKU level and order processing / merchandising, coordinating with the UK based Factory. You'll also support the Retail Manager in opening new retail accounts in the UK & USA.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow current accounts while consistently looking for new business opportunities
  • Monitor sales from start to finish; process and track orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Assess inventory levels regularly to improve product turn and achieve seasonal goals
  • Analyse sales reports to ensure ship targets are achieved
  • Independently plan road trips and/or store visits that will contribute to account growth
  • Ensure key accounts receive quarterly and/or seasonal product knowledge training within impactful store visits
  • Execute agreed marketing, trading and joint business plan trackers / calendars
  • Manage retail costs to budget and/or forecast as required, including an accurate tracking of all key elements of spend, including raising and tracking PO's
  • Deliver KPIs, performance vs targets on a weekly basis, providing quantitative and qualitative data. These include sales, investment and execution compliance
  • Liaise with and engage support of Commercial, Marketing and Operations colleagues to support delivery of key initiatives and projects
  • Positively impact and influence internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with Product, Brand, Marketing, Trading, Operations, IT and Finance teams
