Project Manager / Bristol / Call Centre / Technology / ££Comp
FWD are delighted to be working with one of Bristol's fastest growing Call Centre and Technology companies. They exciting new brand in the business process outsourcing & customer contact / call centre space and are now recuiting a Project Manager with Prince 2, BPO, Agile and Scrum experience.
As a project manager your purpose is to ensure the successful delivery of a project throughout its lifecycle. You will be responsible for clearly scoping problems into well-defined projects by creating a clear project Ambition, developing an agreed solution design (working with solutions lead where required) developing a backlog or project plan with detailed plans through each phase / sprint of the project from initiation through to control & close. Whilst ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within scope, you will effectively manage risk & cost through controlled activities, so projects are completed successfully.
The role will require strong direction & leadership to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be an excellent communicator and influencer with the ability to build the right narrative for the audience to ensure they are fully engaged and responsive. Strong management of cross-functional teams & third parties is required to ensure project teams are fulfilling the expectation or their respective element in the project.
Main Responsibilities & Key Objectives
This role will hold ongoing responsibility for the management and delivery of Woven projects across multidisciplinary teams. You should have the ability to develop solutions complimentary to wider business strategy by seeing and understanding the "whole" picture.
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards throughout the project phases at the and that changes are implemented effectively. You will be flexible to adapt to change and manage a face paced project with the ability to determine optimal solutions to complex problems or issues.Ideally experience of delivery change through traditional and agile ways.
Gain an understanding of aspirations and challenges to assist the execution of the transformation agenda whilst applying the right fit practices, tools and techniques delivering the workstream and Sponsors vision. You are responsible for the organisation of project teams and the priorities of workstreams using process-based methodologies.Support the team by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.

Key Skills & Experience Required
The successful candidate will be an experienced Project Manager with good Leadership skills.Will be an effective communicator and have impeccable self-organisation skills.
·Previous experience in Change lead roles, preferably in a Prince 2 project management and/or Agile (Scrum) roles in a Contact Centre or services environment.
·Will have previous project lead experience in busy, fast paced business and have the ability to run a number of workstreams with a Project or program.
·Great planning, design, delivery - influencing, nurturing and rolling their sleeves up to get the job done.
·Proven experience of delivering customer improvement and innovation projects.
·Experience in project management methodologies both Agile and Waterfall.
·Ideally, experienced in leading large-scale Change and Transformation within the BPO Services or similar services.
·Can deliver on digital and non-digital projects
