  • You can translate business objectives into clear marketing strategies for a multiple persona groups and then deliver on them
  • You love carefully curated content on every platform going - blogs, vlogs you name it.

  • You have a strange fascination with talent attraction / recruitment marketing and love the challenge of communicating on multiple platforms with the "impossible to find"
Role Responsibilities:
  • Creation of content plan and diverse content such as : blogs, vlogs, webinars, infographics, crowdcasts, competitions, whitepapers, surveys
  • Event planning, organising and attending
  • Competitor analysis
  • Sourcing and procuring marketing campaign software and tracking / analytics software
  • Continuous improvement of website
  • Talent attraction & engagement strategy
  • Brand champion and guardian
  • Execute campaigns across platforms (online, social, print, partnerships)
  • Source and manage 3rd party suppliers
  • Set and manage marketing budget
  • Analyse campaign results and ROI
About You:
  • Creative flair - you will have a go at just about everything and anything.
  • Great communication skills especially written, copy writing and proof reading etc
  • Design skills desirable but not essential
  • Digital marketing experience especially social campaign management
  • Client side or agency experience
  • Ideally recruitment marketing experience
  • Understanding of personas, market segmentation and devising appropriate marketing plans
  • Hands on campaign execution and management experience
  • Ability to work with a team and form close relationships as well as work alone
  • Analytical ability so we can track successfully
  • Loves being behind a camera (and sometimes in front of it too)
