FWD is delighted to be partnering exclusively with Interaction, the creative workplace design and build experts, in order to recruit a high calibre Marketing Manager to be based in their Bath HQ

Interaction have developed an enviable reputation over the last 25 years as market innovators in the Office fit-out and work space design industry. They are committed to exploring, communicating and sharing the latest trends and topics on workplace design with a growing number of clients and new comapnies who are demanding more from their office environment.

In this pivotal role as Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing function to deliver greater commercial value for Interaction as they continue to create a unique and completely reimagined experience for every client they engage

You will be responsible for designing and delivering marketing activity and campaigns including their account-based marketing programmes that will help deliver solid pipeline and opportunities to the sales and business development teams

Role Responsibilities:

  • Improve awareness of Interaction, develop leads and repeat business
  • Develop marketing materials, sales enablement tools, competitor analysis and tactics to accelerate go-to-market initiatives
  • Develop content for demand generation campaigns and website. You'll also help craft the messaging and tone of voice for thought leadership content
  • Work with the marketing and business development teams to identify high-value opportunities
  • Manage and be responsible for all social selling activity and prospecting
  • Account based marketing and key account management including Events
  • Digital marketing (SEO, PPC, website development, Google website analytics, CMS management, email marketing and landing page development, marketing automation, keywords)
  • Reputation management programmes (including traditional PR, media relations, social PR)
  • Marketing data management and GDPR compliance
  • Research and insight
  • Video and new media production

About You:

  • Strategic thinker who can execute tactically - able to see and manage marketing as a strategic tool, not just an executional checklist
  • Show good initiative and be able to follow through on tasks - gets things done on time and in a well-organised fashion, be able to manage and deliver through others
  • Be results originated - be able to demonstrate commercial value through effective, integrated marketing across the entire marketing mix.]
  • Experienced in CRM management, reporting and lead handling processes
  • Excellent project, campaign and programme management skills
  • Experienced in people management
  • High level of numeracy - ability to work with, analyse, and interpret data
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
  • Experienced creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Strong educational background - likely to include relevant Business or Marketing related Degree or equivalent
