Marketing Manager B2B - Bath. FWD is delighted to be partnering with HGEM on an exclusive basis in order to hire a B2B Marketing Manager in their Bath Head Office HGEM is widely recognised as one of the industry leaders in empowering hospitality businesses to measure and improve their operation and to be recognised as the authority in Guest Experience Management (GEM). In this high-profile role as B2B Marketing Manager, you will generate business leads through online and offline campaigns and events, you will be a strong communicator and develop a marketing strategy that seamlessly engages with the Sales, Product and Client Success teams   About the Role:  
  • Devising, implementing and measuring the marketing campaign strategy (B2B)
  • Identification, segmentation and penetration of target market utilising a blend of online and offline channels
  • Managing a programme of events, seminars, exhibitions and networking to maximise Lead generation
  • Maximise CRM system deployment - integrated campaign tracking and survey functions to measure success
  • Work in partnership with Communications Manager to generate relevant and impactful content which drives campaign activity and high exposure in relevant channels
  • Engage with HGEM sales strategy to identify and prioritise the most promising channels and activities to exploit
  • Ownership of brand guidelines, assets and communications in line with campaign marketing objectives
  • Developing and maintaining a suite of video case studies and other testimonial materials through liaising with account managers, clients and third-party suppliers
  • Agency and external supplier management
  • Understanding Product strategy and injecting a marketing perspective into related discussions
  • Managing Marketing budget and forecasting on ROI
  • Defining, tracking and managing Key Performance Indicators for marketing activities
  • Ensuring the company mission and vision are relevant and practiced throughout the organisation
  About You:  
  • Relevant experience in a broad range of marketing disciplines, specifically campaign management, and demonstrable evidence of results
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Present clear and concise communications
  • Self-motivated and autonomous, but also work effectively as part of a wider team and inspire others to contribute
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and achieve deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Negotiation skills for internal and external stakeholder management
  • Ideally you will have an existing awareness and understanding of hospitality industry trends, events and news (not essential)
  • Continually question the status quo and implement practical improvements
  • Passion for the topic and hungry to constantly learn and evolve
