Marketing and Business Development Manager / Bath / Professional Services / Consultancy / Healthcare / ££Comp

FWD is delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's leading Advisory Investment and Development Consultancies who have forged a strong reputation in the Healthcare sector. Approaching their third year of trading and successful growth, this ambitious organisation has 4 offices and over 40 highly experienced and qualified staff across the UK. You will predominately be based in the Bath HQ but with some travel to the other regions.

In this autonomous role, you will work very closely with the CEO, Head of Corporate Services and each regional director to drive a detailed and campaign led marketing and BD strategy.

About the Role:

  • Develop an innovative and targeted marketing strategy to reach new clients/regions
  • Manage all Marketing channels to include the day to day management of the website, intranet and digital / social media
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing content to be used in marketing material with a consistent message
  • Work closely with the Head of Corporate Services to manage the marketing of internal and external events
  • Produce a weekly news round up with appropriate intelligence gained to be shared across the company
  • Produce Annual Report/Corporate Social Responsibility Report
  • Manage and build strong relationships with existing Framework operators, customers and suppliers ensuring strong reputation
  • Lead assessment and bid process for new frameworks and maintain a good knowledge of the available healthcare framework opportunities
  • analysis of data on all frameworks, providing MI on competition
  • Develop and manage a process for recording organic and strategic Business Development opportunities which feed into the Finance Review/Pipeline process
  • Review current market/client base against new NHS England /NHS Improvement Regions and priority areas
  • Manage the development and deployment of a CRM database
  • Ensure case studies, client accolades and project information are maintained and updated regularly

About You:

  • Strong Marketing background ideally in Healthcare Services (preferred not essential)
  • CIM or further education Marketing qualification or similar
  • BID and proposals/tenders experience
  • Social Media experience
  • Campaign planning and management
  • Managing internal stakeholder relationships
  • Confident presenter and clear communicator
