Business Development Manager - Lead Generation / Agency / Bath / ££Excellent

FWD is teaming up with one of Bath's biggest and best loved Marketing Agencies to recruit a Lead Generation Business Development Manager to drive their continued growth. Based in beautiful city centre Bath offices, you will be a proven new business operator with a keen understanding of the agency marketplace and how to generate and win new clients

With a proposition covering Media Planning & Buying, Data, Analytics, Creative, Planning, CRM and Technology, the Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for developing a sustainable pipeline across the business' offerings for the Companywide Growth Team.

The role will focus primarily on initial outreach to potential clients that sit within the agency's core verticals: Finance, Travel, Automotive and Retail

Role Responsibilities:

* Driving, designing and creating new client pitches

* Identifying key decision makers and engaging them in target client accounts

* Prospecting these clients through email social telephone and events

* Maintaining and developing Key client pipeline

* Representing the Agency at networking, seminars and exhibitions

* Re-engaging lapsed clients

* Delivering against core KPI's

About You:

* Strong Sales and new Business background

* Well organised, resilient, determined and able to leverage an opportunity

* Social media usage and ability to generate leads from content and engagement

* Existing knowledge and experience of agency sales process, prospecting and winning new business

* Experience of automotive, FS, Retail and Travel markets
