Overview

FWD is working exclusively with 101 Data Solutions, based just outside of Bath in superbly appointed offices, in order to hire an exceptional Head of Sales. In this hands on and "lead from the front" position, you will play a hugely significant role not only in recruiting, developing and driving the Sales Division, but also working closely with the CEO to achieve overall company objectives and personally deliver on new client acquisition and Enterprise level partner activity

101 Data Solutions currently partner with some of the leading names in the Software Data Management sector (DELL EMC, FORTINET, Quest, HP Enterprise) and has built up an enviable reputation for delivering excellence founded on a highly engaged level of contact with their established client list (Canon, NHS Hospitals, City of Bristol College, Haymarket)

In this dynamic role, being a proven sales expert but also having the rare ability to divide your time between coaching and mentoring your team as well as being in front of your key clients, is acutely important.

A demonstrable track record of winning new business, developing long lasting commercial relationships, and combining this with a collaborative approach to team and office development will enable you to fast track your career at 101 Data Solutions. The Board are currently looking to recruit and retain a superstar who in return for hard work, commercial expertise and prioritising company growth above personal gain, will be rewarded with a market leading package and opportunity to progress to a Directorship combining associated Share incentive plan

About You:

  • Demonstrable track record of success winning and closing SME to Enterprise Technology Solution Sales (ideally 5+ years)
  • Partner, vendor and client management expertise across Software sales
  • Excellent customer service skill with a positive attitude to dealing with people - leading from the front at all times
  • Strong Process management and able to utilise Salesforce for maximum impact
  • Excellent forecasting, pipelining and Sales Management ability
  • Confident at closing business both over the telephone and face to face
  • Proven at recruiting, leading and motivating highly producitve and energised sales teams
  • Strategic business planning experience to work with CEO on setting annual company objectives
  • Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to multi-task
  • Ability to cope with competing demands and prioritises tasks both internally with team and externally with clients
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under high pressure
  • Strong listening, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Track record of Sales training and hands-on problem solving approach. Can generate new ideas and solutions to bring team with you on the journey
  • University Degree or equivalent (preferably IT or business management related)
