Misfits is building the global destination online health shop for the plant-powered generation. Launched in December 2019 the brand has scaled quickly and is now focused on developing more products, growing in the USA and broadening
their audience. FWD on behalf of Misfits are looking for an ambitious and passionate Head of Brand to come in and lead the Brand team of six.
The successful candidate will have experience in a successful scale up and be used to a fast-paced environment. This role is for someone excited by the prospect of joining a brand that has experienced strong initial momentum and is now aiming to become a household name.
Role Responsibilities: Overall strategic and operational ownership of the Brand function
* Manage a team of six
* Ownership of audience and growing from early adopters to broad audience
* Ownership of identity, mission, purpose and narratives
* Ownership of the brand aesthetic, packaging and collateral
* Ownership of social media and PR
* Ownership of campaigns and creative team
* Ownership of ambassadors, advisors
* Supporting the Commercial/Product functions and their requirements
About You: Ideally You will have 5-10 years Brand experience
* Experience at a successful scale up
* Experience in D2C consumer brands
* Management experience
* Passionate about brand, telling stories
* Curious and growth mindset
