Digital Marketing Manager / Fintech / Cardiff / ££Comp

FWD has teamed up with one of the UK's leading Risk management software providers to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager who will enhance customer journey, lead generation and ecommerce conversion from their website. Based in the Cardiff head offices this is an excellent opportunity to develop your UX and customer journey skills and take real ownership of the customer experience.

You will be responsible for the customer website journey, driving growth, lead generation and sale conversions. Ensuring all website content is correct and making recommendations for improvement via A/B testing, keeping pace with website best practice across all devices. Also, responsible for ensuring the CMS is upgraded and in working correctly for all business users.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the website development plan
  • Publishing commercial sections of the website (product launches and marketing campaigns)
  • Execute the website optimisation and testing plan to drive and increase the value and sales frequency of customer journeys
  • Maximise opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
  • Use Google Analytics and other business tracking tools to benchmark, measure and analyse key performance metrics

About You:

  • 4 years digital marketing experience
  • Understanding of digital marketing best practice for a B2B brand
  • Experience of managing website development, testing and implementation
  • Experience working within a CMS in a commercial environment
  • Sound understanding of UX and UI principles and best practice
  • Working with key stakeholders and business partners to deliver Group wide projects
  • Website customer journey with UX/UI
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Google Analytics and other business tracking tools
  • Experience in understanding customers' needs and requirements to create optimised user journeys
