Customer Experience Manager, Financial Services, ££ Excellent Package, Central Cardiff

FWD Thinking are delighted to be working with this marketing leading Financial Services provider to recruit a Customer Experience Manager based in their Cardiff head office

You will define Customer journey based on customer and market insight to help differentiate in the market and ensure delivery of a stand out customer experience

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead Customer Experience Strategy and deliver stand out customer experience
  • Communicate and embed the defined customer experience across the business
  • Work with the product and proposition teams and the wider transformation programme to design specific customer journeys, in an agile environment
  • Map key customer journeys to develop a clear understanding of the 'moments of truth' or 'pain points' for customers
  • Establish an effective Customer Experience Measurement programme to monitor the delivery of the defined customer experience, track key metrics and gather customer feedback

About You:

  • Customer Experience strategy knowledge
  • Creating Customer Experience plans
  • Customer journey mapping and design
  • Customer Experience design and implementation
  • Customer experience measurement and reporting experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Working with cross functional and matrix teams
  • Budget experience and commercial analysis skills
  • Experience working with and managing consultants
