Our client is looking for a dynamic telesales executive to make criteria-qualified appointments for our internal and external field sales teams. They are an IT/Communications company recruiting for their office in Portchester. The ideal candidate will be looking to start a long term career and be able to build strong relationships with customers.
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients to book appointments for the field sales team
- Manage your own list of contacts and build an strong pipeline
- Relationship building with clients
- Accurate record keeping of all correspondence with clients
- Understand the product in a way that you can answer any potential questions a client may have
The Right Candidate
- Strongly believes in quality over quantity.
- Previous telesales experience and knowledge of telephone sales skills and strategies
- Competent in using a sales database.
- Can identify a need and selling opportunity
- Have the hunger to meet and exceed targets,
- Have the enthusiasm to contribute to this vital part of our business.
- Reliable, passionate and have a good sense of humour.
